（1）挖掘機(jī)使用、安裝前要詳細(xì)閱讀設(shè)備使用說明書，明確各部件的結(jié)構(gòu)特性、功能及控制方式。

（5）為方便挖掘機(jī)的上料，在料斗上料側(cè)宜設(shè)置上料坡墩，其與料斗間應(yīng)保留一個能自由出入的巡視通道，以便于設(shè)備運行中的巡視、維修和保養(yǎng)。同時，在上料坡墩和料斗間搭設(shè)防護(hù)柵欄，以避免挖掘機(jī)上料時撒落的物料堆積后，對集料膠帶輸送機(jī)的正常運行帶來不利影響。

(6) The power supply configuration shall be appropriate. （7）設(shè)備安裝就位進(jìn)行調(diào)試前，應(yīng)對各部件的連接可靠性、轉(zhuǎn)動靈活性及潤滑油脂的加注情況逐項進(jìn)行詳查，然后按照先單機(jī)點動、手動，再整套設(shè)備手動、自動的順序進(jìn)行運轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)試，同時用轉(zhuǎn)速表校核調(diào)速電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速并加以修正，以保證調(diào)速表顯示值與實際轉(zhuǎn)速值相吻合。

（8）設(shè)備（試）運行過程中，若出現(xiàn)異常振動、哨聲和無規(guī)律的摩擦聲時，應(yīng)立即停止運行，弄清原因，并采取相應(yīng)措施。

（9）設(shè)備正常運行中，應(yīng)配備專門的巡視人員進(jìn)行設(shè)備運行狀況、物料的配給及供料狀況的巡視工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時或通知操作人員進(jìn)行停機(jī)處理。
(9) During the normal operation of the equipment, special patrol personnel shall be assigned to patrol the equipment operation status, material distribution and supply status, and timely solve the problems found or notify the operators to stop the machine.
（10）設(shè)備投入正常運轉(zhuǎn)時，生產(chǎn)率要從小到大緩慢提高，并持續(xù)一定時間，而不能一步達(dá)到設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)率，以使設(shè)備地度過磨合期。
