1. Before starting, observe for obstacles and pedestrians in front and behind the machine. Lift the bucket about 500 millimeters above the ground and honk the horn before starting. During driving, depending on the road conditions, high speed gear can be selected, and lifting and flipping bucket actions are strictly prohibited during driving.
2. When doing homework, low gear should be selected. When walking, try to avoid lifting the bucket too high. Different excavation methods should be adopted according to different soil types, and the bucket should be inserted from the front as much as possible to prevent unilateral force on the bucket. When working on a loose and uneven site, the lifting rod can be placed in a floating position to make the bucket level for operation.
3. The driving road should be flat, and operations should not be carried out on sites with an inclination exceeding the specified value. The transportation distance should not be too large. When the bucket is fully loaded for transportation, the bucket should be kept low.
4. When working on loose and uneven terrain, the shovel arm can be placed in a floating position to allow the bucket to advance smoothly. If the pushing resistance is too high, the shovel arm can be slightly raised. When loading, the bucket should be inserted at low speed from the front to prevent unilateral force on the bucket.
5. When unloading soil onto transport vehicles, it should be done slowly, the bucket should be at the appropriate height, and flipping and returning should not collide with the carriage.
6. Regular attention should be paid to the sound of machine operation, and any abnormal response should be immediately stopped to troubleshoot. When the engine cannot run and traction is required, each steering cylinder should be kept free to move.
7. When shoveling soil (material), it is not allowed to increase the throttle and insert the bucket into the soil (material) pile at high speed for loading. The bucket bottom should be placed parallel to the ground using low-speed insertion, and then the shovel arm should be lowered. The engine speed should be gradually increased along the ground to excavate forward, and the soil (material) should be rolled up to reduce the resistance encountered by the bucket.
8. When unloading, it is advisable to apply the clutch pedal brake to prevent the bucket from flipping forward and touching the car body. The unloading should be done slowly to reduce the impact on the car body. After the shovel arm moves up or down to the maximum extent, the control lever should be quickly returned to the neutral position to avoid making noise and causing various malfunctions under the action of the safety valve.
9. When turning while walking, try to turn slowly and use the brake pedal to slow down. It is strictly prohibited to slide on slopes. Regularly pay attention to the operation of various instruments and indicator signals, pay attention to the working sound of the engine and other parts, and if any abnormal phenomena are found, stop the vehicle immediately for inspection. Only after the fault is eliminated can work continue.
10. After shutdown, the loader should be parked on a hard surface. If parked on a slope, the tires should be wedged in front and behind with triangular blocks. After the homework is stopped, the bucket should be placed on the ground, the slide valve handle should be placed in neutral position, and the handbrake should be pulled properly.
