瀝青混凝土公路和水泥混凝土公路的優(yōu)缺點有哪些?

瀝青路面屬于柔性路面,行車舒適,噪音?。凰嗷炷谅访媸莿傂月访?,兩者行車的感覺類似在鋪了地毯的路上走和在水泥地上走,水泥混凝土路面沒有瀝青路面舒適,而且水泥混凝土路面必須4~5米設置伸縮縫,也影響行車舒適度。

瀝青路面施工完畢到開放交通時間段,一般攤鋪完幾個小時多就可以通車了,而水泥混凝土路面需要較長時間的養(yǎng)生(期間還得噴水養(yǎng)護)才能達到通車強度,這個區(qū)別對于工期要求緊尤其是已通車項目斷道維修的情況,瀝青路面是秒殺水泥混凝土路面。

瀝青混凝土出現局部破損后修復相對比較容易,也比較快,影響交通時間短;水泥混凝土因為強度高,局部破損后鑿除不易,重鋪又要多天養(yǎng)生,比較麻煩。

目前的上,兩者相差較小。5理論上說,水泥混凝土的耐用性強于瀝青,在設計計算的時候,高速公路水泥混凝土路面的使用年限是按30年計算,同等級的瀝青混凝土路面是按15年計算。但是由于我國目前施工水平,尤其是水泥混凝土接縫處理超重車等因素,水泥混凝土路面似乎并沒有顯示出優(yōu)勢,反而在大面積損壞后,維修不易的矛盾比較突出,所以目前損壞嚴重的水泥混凝土路段基本都是以“白改黑”(即上面重新鋪一層瀝青混凝土路面)來進行大修。

Therefore, the severely damaged cement concrete road sections are basically undergoing major repairs with a "white to black" approach (i.e. a new layer of asphalt concrete pavement is laid on top).
瀝青混凝土路面表面較粗糙,抗滑能力較平整的水泥混凝土路面強,在雨天汽車不易打滑,剎車距離也相對較短。6耐侯性上,水泥混凝土路面優(yōu)勢比較明顯,瀝青高溫軟低溫脆的特性使得瀝青混凝土路面在極端氣候條件下沒有水泥混凝土耐操,不過隨著相關改性瀝青的研究,對瀝青高溫穩(wěn)定性和低溫抗裂性都有很大改善。
