濟南水穩(wěn)砼廠家提醒您，在開始拌合前，拌合場的備料應(yīng)滿足3~5天的攤鋪用料。每天開始攤鋪前，應(yīng)檢查場內(nèi)各處集料的含水量，計算當日的配合比，外加水與天然含水量的總和要比佳含水量略高1個百分點。

攤鋪前應(yīng)將下層適當灑水潤濕。混合料運施工現(xiàn)場后，采用攤鋪機攤鋪的方法按照掛設(shè)的高程控制線進行攤鋪。掌握好松鋪厚度與壓實后厚度的關(guān)系，進而嚴格控制好水穩(wěn)層的壓實厚度和高程，確保壓實厚度滿足設(shè)計要求。好是配備基于北斗定位的智能攤鋪系統(tǒng)，可以大大提高工程質(zhì)量以及降低人工成本。

攤鋪后壓路機應(yīng)及時進行碾壓。一次碾壓長度一般為50m左右。穩(wěn)壓要充分，振壓不起浪花、不推移。壓實時，可以先穩(wěn)定（遍數(shù)適中，壓實度達到85%）→開始輕振動碾壓→再重振動碾壓→后穩(wěn)壓，壓無輪跡為止。碾壓過程中，可用灌砂法檢測壓實度，不合格時，重復(fù)再壓（注意檢測壓實時間）。直碾壓壓實度合格為止。
