1、細集料要盡可能搭棚儲存或用彩條布覆蓋。

2、拌和機的投料計量要準確，應在投料運輸帶上定期取樣檢查各料倉的投料數(shù)量，以便及時檢查、調整計量精度。應根據(jù)集料和混合料含水量的大小，及時調整加水量。

4、嚴禁用貼補的方法進行找平，如局部低洼可采用翻松、添加新鮮混合料重新碾壓。未經壓實經雨淋后，應更換以防止工后翻漿。

5、應盡快將拌成的混合料運送到攤鋪現(xiàn)場。車上的混合料應進行覆蓋，減少水分損失。嚴格控制碾壓含水量，按確定的可壓實含水量范圍及時碾壓。碾壓過程中如表面缺水，可適當灑水使表面濕潤，再用壓路機碾壓。

5. The mixed material should be transported to the paving site as soon as possible. The mixture on the car should be covered to reduce moisture loss. Strictly control the compaction water content and roll in a timely manner according to the determined range of compressible water content. If there is a lack of water on the surface during the rolling process, water can be sprinkled appropriately to moisten the surface, and then the roller can be used for rolling.

6、應避免縱向工作縫，減少橫向工作縫。工作接縫應采用與路表面垂直的平接縫，嚴禁采用斜接縫。如果沒有作成直接縫，則在第二天開始攤鋪新混合料之前，應將末端斜坡挖除，并挖成橫向垂直的斷面。

6. Vertical work joints should be avoided and horizontal work joints should be reduced. The working joint should be a flat joint perpendicular to the road surface, and the use of diagonal joints is strictly prohibited. If a direct joint is not made, the end slope should be excavated and cut into a transverse and vertical section before paving the new mixture the next day.

7、進行壓實度檢查時，應同時測定挖出混合料試樣中粗集料的含量，并按與粗集料含量相對應的干密度計算壓實度。

8、施工中防止出現(xiàn)原材料質量不合格、配合比不準確、拌和不均勻、攤鋪不平整、粗細料離析、碾壓不密實、接縫不平整、高程不準確等質量通病，避免形成起皮、松散、裂縫、彈簧、翻漿、強度不合格等質量缺陷，以確保路面基層的工程質量。

9、每個作業(yè)點應備有施工長度的防雨覆蓋材料以免雨水對基層或材料的影響。

10、施工中必須注意保護沉降觀測管不受損壞，如有損壞，應盡快予以修復；并加強日常管理。
