裝載機鏟斗容積較大，一般采取鏟斗下體前端焊接耐磨材料制作的鏟刀板（如16Mn等材料），鏟斗兩側安裝邊護板，然后在鏟刀板上等間距安裝斗齒，斗齒與鏟刀板的連接方式為螺栓連接。

（1）鏟刀板磨損后，由于其厚度減少，當更換斗齒時，斗齒后端上下部分與鏟刀板之間存在的間隙較大，兩者之間僅依靠斗齒螺栓進行固定，則裝載機工作一段時間后，由于斗齒頻繁承受物料的沖擊，導致斗齒固定螺栓松動，進而造成斗齒及鏟刀板磨損加劇，終導致鏟斗無法正常使用。
