裝載機發(fā)動機啟動后及作業(yè)時的事項

①裝載機發(fā)動機啟動后，等制動氣壓達(dá)到氣壓時再準(zhǔn)備起步，以確保行車時的制動性。有緊急制動的把緊急及停車制動閥的按鈕按下（只有當(dāng)氣壓達(dá)到允許起步氣壓時，按鈕才能按下，否則按下去會自動跳起來），使緊急及停車制動釋放下，才能掛I擋起步。無緊急制動的只需將停車制動手柄放下，釋入停車制動即可起步。
① After the loader engine is started, prepare to start when the brake air pressure reaches the safe air pressure to ensure the brake safety during driving. If there is emergency braking, press the button of the emergency and parking brake valve (only when the air pressure reaches the allowable starting air pressure, the button can be pressed, otherwise it will jump up automatically), so that the emergency and parking brake can be released, and then I gear can be engaged to start. ⑦行進(jìn)時，將鏟斗置于離地400mm左右高度。在山區(qū)坡道作業(yè)或跨越溝渠等障礙時，應(yīng)減速、小轉(zhuǎn)角，要注意避免傾翻。當(dāng)裝載面在陡坡上開始滑向一邊時，必須立即卸載，防止繼續(xù)滑下
⑦ When traveling, place the bucket at a height of about 400mm from the ground. When working on slopes in mountainous areas or crossing ditches and other obstacles, slow down and turn small corners, and pay attention to avoid tipping. When the loading surface starts to slide to one side on a steep slope, it must be unloaded immediately to prevent it from continuing to slide down
⑧裝載機作業(yè)時盡量避免輪胎過多、過分打滑；盡量避免兩輪懸空，不允許只有兩輪著地而繼續(xù)作業(yè)。
⑧ Try to avoid too many tires and excessive skidding during the operation of the loader; Try to avoid two rounds of suspension, and it is not allowed to continue operation with only two rounds of landing.
⑨作牽引車時，只允許與牽引裝置掛接，被牽引物與裝載機之間不允許站人，且要保持一定的距離，防止出現(xiàn)事故。
