應對辦法：

Countermeasures:

作業(yè)前檢查熨平板底板是否平整，底板是否粘連雜物，及時清理和調(diào)整；

在加熱溫度達到要求后，再進行攤鋪工作；

Paving shall be carried out after the heating temperature reaches the requirements;

在料斗、刮板倉、螺旋處噴灑柴油，防止產(chǎn)生油斑；

正確設定夯錘與攤鋪速度，螺旋的高度以高過攤鋪面的兩倍高度為宜；

正確安裝找平儀（或平衡梁探頭高度與連線的位置）；

時刻注意觀察參照物是否準確；

當路基平整度落差過大時，應提前墊料處理。
